Leicester Aero Club

Every Thursday morning I attend a business breakfast networking meeting called Working Breakfast. Around a month or so ago one of the members, who is also the treasurer at Leicester Aero Club, told me that the club were in the process of having a new website built and needed some new images. One meeting and three phone calls later they decided to book me to take the photos. For the shoot they wanted a candid, nonintrusive look so I opted to shoot many of the images on my prime 50mm lens allowing me to have a shallower depth of field then what I normally aim for. The shoot was done in two parts so that I could capture varying aspects of the club that only occur on certain days. For the second part of the shoot my intern, Liam Bowler, came along to assist and take some additional photos. I’ve included 2 of his images on this post.
