As I have posted previously on facebook, I have recently moved to a new studio space leaving behind my room on London Road. I was in my old space for 2 years and can’t thank the guys at the Orange Tree enough for all that they did in that time (I rented a room from them above one of their pubs). The reason for the move was simple – I needed a bigger space – and after speaking to an old acquaintance who runs a recording studio I found one! I’m also happy to announce that I’ll be sharing the space with another talented photographer, Josh Rai, who focuses more on weddings then I do.
The space itself is a purpose built photo and video studio, situated within Yellow Bean Recording Studios on Western Road. In addition to use of the studio, Josh and I have an office/meeting room to work from. The studio, called ‘The White Room’, is fully equipped with an infinity curve, lighting pantograph, backdrop suspension system and a PA (audio) System for video playback. The room is also patched into the recording studio allowing for professionally recorded live sessions with musicians and has been acoustically treated. In addition to this, there is also a changing/make up room allowing for total privacy for models and clients.
Below are a few photos of the studio. For information on how to hire the studio, please either get in touch with me or check out my studio hire page.
